The BC Provincial Blood Coordinating Office (PBCO) and Canadian Blood Services (CBS) provide a free education day on transfusion medicine every fall to support and educate technologists, nurses and physicians. This conference is also offered via webinar, reaching attendees throughout the province and beyond.
