Three/Four Month Assessment:

1. Complete a clinical evaluation
2. Assess which goals have been achieved
3. Order IgG trough level

The goal is to improve clinical outcomes, not to achieve a specific trough level.  Most patients do well at a trough level between 7 and 9 g/L
