Pre-Treatment:

Evaluate immunologic and clinical severity:

1. Immunologic Severity:

• Determine initial baseline IgG level
• Determine the immune response to vaccinations (diphtheria, tetanus, pneumococcal assay)
• Define, where possible, underlying immunological defects (e.g. CVID, CID, SCID, B cell deficiency)

2. Clinical Severity to-date:

• Determine the number and frequency of infections
• Determine the type of infection (unusual bacteria)
• Determine the frequency of life threatening infections
