Effective February 2023 the Clinical Transfusion Resource Manual (CTRM) has been retired. The PBCO Nursing Resource Group is currently developing a new document to act as a resource and guide for those new to the transfusion practitioner role in BC. As a bridge until the new document is available consider the use of the following documents/resources:
