Perform the following screening examinations:

Diagnostic Screening Examinations:

CBC Quantitative serum Ig levels (IgG, A, M, E)

Physical Examination looking for:

• Absence or reduced size of tonsils and lymph nodes
• Enlarged lymph nodes
• Scarred tympanic membranes
• Unusual skin changes
• Rales, crackles and wheezing in lungs
• Splenomegaly
